Techni-Ice Review: A Complicated Melody

From Diana's Twitter account
Here's a good story.

Diana wanted to buy hams for her family for Christmas. However, she worried that transporting them would be quite difficult since they need to be kept cold.

Then she visited last year's Christmas Bazaar at IT Park. There we had a booth and demo for everybody. She got interested. She bought her first Techni-Ice sheet.

Here's what she had to say about her first Techni-Ice experience.

When I got to the house, I dipped it in water as instructed and placed it in the freezer. After a few minutes, Techni-Ice was hard as a rock. I packed it in my cooler together with 11 holiday hams and started driving around giving my Christmas presents. When I got back, Techni-Ice was a little spongy but still really cold. It kept its promise.
To read more about her review, please go to her blog, A Complicated Melody. She also talked about what made her decide to buy Techni-Ice (because it's safe, non-toxic, and Made in Australia!) and where else she used it (chocolates, ice cream, wine, etc).

Diana's review of Techni-Ice

Techni-Ice is not just for the Christmas season. This summer, when you decide to go to the beach or spend a day on a boat, picnik or go camping, do not forget to bring your Techni-Ice sheet. It keeps your drinks cold and catch fresh.

Put Techni-Ice in the freezer for 12 hours and it will last up to 24 hours inside an enclosed well-insulated cooler. One sheet of Techni-Ice is good for 7 liter cooler. Amazing, isn't it?

For more information about the product, please visit our website, www.techniice.com.ph or send an email to inquiry@techniice.com.ph.

From May to June, take advantage of our 3 sheets for Php 500.00 when you buy Techni-Ice online at www.olympus.com.ph.

Tackle Tour Review

In preparation for tomorrow's SEA Expo, where Techni-Ice will be present, together with PolyKlear and Swancor, we present to you a review from Tackle Tour, an international independent website that reviews the latest and best products for leisure fishing lifestyle.

In 2004, Tackle Tour reviewed Techni-Ice. And like how they usually do their reviews, they inspected and tested everything about the product to its minutest detail. At the end of the review, the experts at Tackle Tour gave Techni-Ice a score of 8.2 out of 10. Not bad, eh?

Here's a synopsis of their review:
And the best part is that it won't make everything in your cooler soggy at the end of your outing. Aside from being an ice pack, the Techni Ice sheets can also be heated to keep your food warm, used as a heat pack to loosen your muscles, and much more. This durable package is reusable and easy to maintain and clean. The next time you consider getting some ice, think Techni Ice, the non-soggy alternative.
To read the entire review, here's the link.

The SEA Expo 2012 at The Esplanade will open from March 2 to 4. Please visit Techni-Ice at the Polyklear and Swancor booth. We hope to see you there.

Techni-Ice Review: Animetric's World

A list of top mom bloggers in the country would not be complete if Rowena Wendy Lei of Animetric's World is not included.

Animetric's World has been sharing detailed information to the world on the latest and different products from travel, food, technology, parenting, home, and beauty industries since 2009.

This very informative blog has attracted thousands of visitors since its creation, mainly due to this mom's meticulous ways in examining and reviewing every product. Rowena is a trusted figure in the blogosphere.

We wanted to get this mom's opinion so we sent her two sheets of Techni-Ice for review. Here's a synopsis of her review.

What I like about Techni Ice:
  • It's versatile. I can use it as either a hot or cold pack.
  • I can customize it by cutting into my desired size.
  • It's relatively easy to bring along because you just wipe it down and fold it up after use -- although it never becomes as flat as it originally was inside the packaging.
  • It's reusable, washable, safe, and non-toxic.
  • It's lighter and less messy than regular ice or dry ice.
  • It's reasonably priced at P250 per sheet.
Downside? It's not readily available in stores yet because the distributor is still looking for dealers. In the meantime, you can log on to http://techniicephilippines.blogspot.com for orders and inquiries. :)
