Jacs Sampayan is no noob in the publishing industry. He has worked at People Asia Magazine, Metro Magazine, and is currently the Managing Editor of Town and Country Philippines. He has also contributed to numerous other publications in the country.

If he is not interviewing Manila's creme dela creme or at an event mingling with them, you can catch him smashing it at a tennis or volleyball court, or geeking it out at the many quiz venues around the metro.

Although he has traveled to many places, his dreams of becoming an awesome travel journalist has yet to be realized. This UP Manila graduate maintains a blog, Bliss PH, where he wittily writes about his travel experiences and just thoughts on everything.

Jacs will lend us his writing expertise when he judge the Techni-Ice Your Own Way blog contest. Blog entries must be submitted on or before May 31, 2012. One creative blogger will win a Samsung gadget and Techni-Ice merchandise. Winner will be announced on June 11, 2012.
